GOLF COURSE WILL BE CLOSED STARTING ON OCTOBER 6 FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2008 GOLF SEASON. Due to course enhancements in preparation for the 2011 U.S. Amateur.

Individual Daily Fee Bookings*
An individual may book up to 15 players for the 2008 season. Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Notice of cancellation or reduction of players must be received 48 hours in advance or the cardholder will be charged.

Contracted Groups
A group of 16 or more players must sign a contract (deposit required) and may book up to one year in advance. Any group having organized meetings or banquets at Erin Hills must sign a contract for tee times. Cancellations or reductions may be made 30 days in advance without penalty. The group will be responsible for any cancellations or reductions made within 30 days, which remain unsold by Erin Hills, as specified in the contract.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Golf Shop
The golf shop will open one hour prior to the first available tee time.

Practice Areas
The practice areas will open one half hour prior to the first available tee time and close one hour prior to official sunset.

The Pub will open one hour prior to the first tee time and close at 11:00pm.

On the course, Food and Beverage are available.

DRESS CODE

“Players shall present a neat appearance in both clothing and personal grooming. Clothing worn by Guests should be consistent with currently accepted golf fashion.”

The management of Erin Hills reserves the right to interpret this regulation. Erin Hills’ interpretation of this regulation as it relates to acceptable golf shirts is that the shirt must have a collar, either a traditional fold-down, a raised crew neck, or mock turtleneck collar that clearly differentiates it from a tee shirt. No denim of any kind is allowed. Shorts must be Bermuda length. No gym shorts are allowed. No halter-tops are allowed. Metal spikes are not allowed. Preferably no tennis shoes. Baseball cap style hats must be worn in the traditional fashion with the bill facing forward.

RULES OF PLAY

All bookings are for 19 holes, with the exception of a same day booking, which could be for 10 holes. Replay rates are also available if a time is available after the Guest has completed the first round. Replay rates are $95 plus any applicable golf car fee or caddie fees.

No more than four players are allowed at any time. Erin Hills reserves the right to fill incomplete foursomes at any time.

Erin Hills prohibits carry-on coolers or any other personal food and beverage. All refreshments must be purchased from Erin Hills. All players will receive bottled water before beginning play.

A Guest must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf car. Only two riders are allowed per golf car. Standing on the back is prohibited.

No children under the age of 5 are allowed on the course or practice areas at any time. Children from 5-12 must be supervised on the course or at the practice areas.

All players must have their own set of clubs. Taylor Made rental clubs are available. Cost of rentals is $50, which includes one sleeve of golf balls.

Guests may use their own pull cart if they have chosen to pull their clubs.

PACE OF PLAY

Erin Hills is a championship golf course. It is imperative that you leave your ego at home and choose an appropriate yardage from which to play. Your ultimate enjoyment of the golf course is dependant upon this. You will experience many uneven lies, compliments of the last glacial movements. The wind tends to blow all day and the “Seas of Fescue” may capture a tee shot or two. Below is the recommendation for appropriate tees to play relative to a Guest’s home course handicap.

Proceed with CAUTION. The undulated greens, fairways, natural rough,
prevailing winds, rugged bunkers, and the natural "Sea of
Fescue"......makes Erin Hills a most challenging course.

RAIN CHECK POLICY

During inclement weather conditions, cancellations will be accepted up until the scheduled time to play. Rainy weather itself may not dictate the closing of the course. Rain checks will be issued for holes not completed due to inclement weather. A pro-rated rain check becomes a form of future payment and does not alter any future booking policies. Refunds will not be given nor will rain checks be taken in payment for retail items or Food & Beverage.
