All tee times and lodging reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Tee time cancellations or reduction of players must be received 48 hours in advance of scheduled tee times to avoid $25 per player no-show fee for non-contracted groups. Lodging cancellations must be received 7 days in advance to avoid penalties.

A group of 12 or more for golf and lodging must sign a contract (deposit required) and may book up to one year in advance. All deposits are due 30 days prior to arrival date. Any group having organized meetings or banquets (deposit required) must sign a contract. Cancellations or reductions may be made 30 days in advance without penalty. Groups will be responsible for any cancellations or reductions made within 30 days, which remain unsold by Erin Hills, as specified in contract.

Available 24 hours a day for all advance reservations.

To take advantage of the replay rate, replays may not be booked in advance and are based on availability only after completion of one 18-hole round on the same day.

Taylor Made clubs for both men and women. Rates include a $45 credit towards purchase of Taylor Made woods or irons. One sleeve of golf balls is included with each rental.

During inclement weather conditions, cancellations will be accepted up until the scheduled time of play. Rainy weather itself may not dictate the closing of the course. Rain checks will be issued for holes not completed due to inclement weather. A pro-rated rain check becomes a form of future payment and does not alter any future booking policies. Refunds will not be given, nor will rain checks be taken in payment for retail items or food and beverage. Rain checks for individual base caddie fees are pro-rated for the first six holes of play only.

Appropriate golf attire shall be worn at all times while on the golf course or practice areas. Appropriate golf attire includes a collared golf shirt and no denim jeans.

No children under the age of five are allowed on the golf course or practice areas at any time. Children from age five to twelve must be supervised on the golf course or practice areas.

Play of more than four golfers per group will not be permitted. Management reserves the right to fill incomplete foursomes at any time. All players must have their own set of clubs. Rental clubs are available upon request.

Personal carry-on coolers are prohibited. All refreshments must be purchased on property.

Pull or push carts are prohibited.

All caddies must be employees of Erin Hills.

Metal spikes are not permitted.

All weapons and firearms are prohibited on this property.
